Nichole Monico started Dancescapes in 2000. She has been involved in dance for over 35 years. She danced competitively for 13 years in major competitions throughout the United States, winning numerous awards and titles. She has taught dance classes and solos for over 20 years, winning numerous awards in choreography. Nichole has been involved with many theater groups, choreographing shows for Johnson City High School and Binhamton High School. She has also assisted in the implementation of the dance course for Johnson City High School, helping students achieve their fine arts diplomas. Nichole has coached and provided choreography for local cheerleading squads, and donated her time to local church groups in their endeavor to participate in the arts. Nichole has been both student and teacher in the dance field and prizes herself in using both of these experiences to better teach her studens and understand them.
